The View from Above

A few years ago I was in a workshop where the instructor asked everyone to draw an image (through a guided meditation of sorts). We were each guided through seeing our ” ideal” birth, if you will.

As we moved through the exploration, the facilitator would add another layer to the scene – what is the space like, what do you see, what are you doing, who is there with you. Each time a layer of context was added, we would introduce another color.
